Mark

|
| Captured in the wild, Mark still retains his yearning for the jungle. |
Born April 23, 2003 Mark will be turning 3 this year. He is a little fireball, with more energy that we know how
to handle sometimes (ok, most times). The combination of the inherited Elliott 'strong-willed' gene and the
Davis supply of endless energy has made a child that we are sure will make an impact on all those around him.

|
| Still not used to captivity, Mark finds a suitable refuge from predators |
He is learning new words constantly now, and also sprinkled his conversations with Spanish and Arabic words thanks to
Dora the Explorer and our friend Sonia. He loves Dinosaurs, Bob the Builder, and his new bunk bed. At under 3
years old, we are impressed that he is brave enough to sleep on the top bunk, but how else can he get taller than Daddy so
soon?

|
| Mark is still attempting to figure out the nuances of civilized society |

Hope

|
| Daddy uses a bright light to trap the elusive Hope |
Our little girl will have her first birthday this year. Heavily influenced by her brother, she loves to be loud
and wrestled with. She can now say 'Da-da' which has endeared her to Dan even more (if that were possible). Dan
is looking forward to teaching her computers and electronics. Mommy will be trying to retaining as much feminity as
possible.
